In January–June 2026, the European Union exported €2.32 billion worth of agricultural products to Ukraine. This is €247 million, or 12%, more than in the same period of 2025.
This is evidenced by data from a European Commission report.
Ukraine ranked 10th among the countries to which the EU exports agricultural products, while recording the highest growth rate.
At the same time, over the first six months of the year, the European Union imported €5.6 billion worth of agricultural products from Ukraine. This is €141 million, or 2%, less than the value of products supplied during the same period last year. Despite the decline, Ukraine remains in 4th place in terms of the value of agricultural products imported by the European Union. It is preceded by Brazil (€9.6 billion), the United Kingdom (€7.4 billion) and the United States (€6.5 billion).
Overall, in January–October, EU countries exported €117.2 billion worth of agricultural products (-2%) and imported €93.4 billion worth (-4%).
