Share of Soybean Processing in Ukraine to Rise to 70%

Soybean production in Ukraine in 2026 will amount to 3.8 million tonnes, of which 2.8 million tonnes will be processed. Exports will total 1 million tonnes.
This was reported by Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Taras Vysotskyi during his weekly briefing with journalists.
«According to our forecast, the share of processing could potentially rise to 70%. From the processing perspective, this is a deliberate state policy aimed at increasing it,» he noted.
