NIBULON has signed a memorandum on the establishment of the «Agency for Humanitarian Demining of Ukrainian Waters» consortium.

The consortium also includes Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding, the International Business People’s Club NGO and the West-East Group of Companies, which specialises in engineering and technological solutions, the agricultural holding’s press service reports.

«Our joint work will cover humanitarian demining of water areas, the development of technological solutions, scientific research and innovation, the implementation of standards, personnel training, as well as the implementation of international projects,» the company explained.

For NIBULON, participation in the consortium is a continuation of its work in the field of humanitarian demining. In 2025, the company and DEG Impulse began training specialists in the demining of water areas. In July this year, the holding received the relevant certification.

According to Vsevolod Petrovskyi, Head of Humanitarian Demining at NIBULON, the goal of the partnership is to create the infrastructure and expertise needed to ensure community safety, restore navigation and support Ukraine’s economic recovery.
