Over the past three years, Organic Milk has managed to significantly increase its exports. While three years ago exports accounted for just 3% of total production, today this share has reached 30%.
This was stated by Olena Stretovych, Director of Organic Milk, during SIAL Paris in France.
According to her, the company’s main export products are butter, cottage cheese and sour cream.
«Organic products remain a promising area, and the high quality of our products means that partners we already work with recommend us to others,» Olena Stretovych noted.
At the same time, she pointed out that, against the backdrop of economic difficulties not only in Ukraine but also worldwide, demand for organic products is declining slightly. Therefore, it is important for the company to present its organic products at exhibitions within the context of the broader dairy market, where it can reach a wider range of potential partners.
