The enemy continues to terrorize the peaceful Odesa region and is trying to obstruct the work of the Ukrainian sea corridor. Today, russians attacked two cargo ships flying the flags of Barbados and Panama in the Black Sea with drones strikes, which were sailing through the sea corridor.
This was reported by the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration Oleh Kiper.
«Civilian objects and energy infrastructure came under attack.Luckily, there were no casualties as a result of these attacks», — the message says.
The Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority reports that one of the vessels was heading to the port of Greater Odesa to load metal. The other, loaded with wheat, was departing from a Ukrainian port.
«A fire broke out on board one of the ships, which was quickly extinguished by the crew. There were no casualties. Despite the damage, both ships continued on their way», — the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority notes.
