New Exhibition Area for the Dairy Industry to Be Presented at EuroTier

This was reported by the organisers of the international EuroTier 2026 exhibition — DLG (German Agricultural Society).

The new exhibition area, which will be presented at the world’s leading trade fair for professional animal farming and livestock management from November 10 to 13 in Hanover, Germany, will bring together technologies, products and expertise covering all stages of milk production, from breeding and feeding to milk processing and marketing.

In halls 11, 12 and 13, visitors will have access to a wide range of formats, including specialist presentations, expert discussions and live demonstrations designed to highlight the latest developments in dairy production efficiency and sustainability.

«Smart technologies are transforming dairy production at an unprecedented pace. With the new EuroTier Milky Way exhibition, we are creating a platform that, for the first time, showcases these developments across the entire dairy value chain. The new exhibition demonstrates how innovations in breeding, feeding, animal housing, milking technology and marketing can contribute to animal-friendly, economically viable and sustainable dairy production. At the same time, EuroTier Milky Way is an important forum for knowledge transfer and professional dialogue, bringing together the industry’s most important future-oriented topics,» says EuroTier Exhibition Director Ines Rathke.

Halls dedicated to the dairy value chain:

• Hall 11 will focus on breeding and genetics, animal identification and hoof care. The TopTierTreff area («Top Cattle Genetics») will feature not only live breeding animals but also information on modern breeding strategies presented by leading national and international breeding companies and organisations.
• Hall 12 will showcase technologies for pasture systems, livestock housing construction, feeding systems, climate control, and feed production and storage. A key attraction will be the Spotlight Forage Production area, featuring the DLG Expert Stage Cattle, which will also host the DLG Forage Days on November 12 and 13.
• Hall 13 will feature leading manufacturers presenting the latest robotic solutions for automated milking systems. Live demonstrations will provide practical insights into how digital technologies can simplify workflows, improve animal welfare and increase the efficiency of both barn management and milking operations.
• Hall 15 will feature cow barn and livestock building construction, as well as related equipment.
• Hall 27 will showcase agricultural and handling equipment, feed mixers, transport solutions and liquid application technology.
