More Than 75% of Ukraine’s Egg Exports Go to the EU

In July of this year, Ukraine exported 216.9 million eggs worth $17.7 million.

This was reported by the Union of Poultry Farmers of Ukraine, citing data from the State Customs Service.

It is noted that shipment volumes increased by 13.8% compared with July 2025 and by 7% compared with the previous month.

«In monetary terms, revenue in July 2026 remained almost unchanged compared with June of this year and increased by 3.9% compared with July last year,» the association noted.

In January–July, egg exports amounted to 1.4 billion eggs worth $148.1 million. Compared with the same period last year, export volumes in physical terms increased by 17.2%, while export value rose by 43.6%.

The main buyers of Ukrainian eggs during the first seven months of 2026 were Spain (26.6%), the United Kingdom (13.7%), Poland (8.8%) and Belgium (7.0%). EU countries accounted for 75.7% of exports.
