The international exhibition EuroTier 2026 will take place on November 10-13, 2026, in Hanover, Germany. The event will highlight key achievements in the areas of animal feed, feeding management and feed production.
This was reported by the organizers of Europe’s largest livestock exhibition — DLG (German Agricultural Society).
It is noted that EuroTier 2026 will once again become the main platform for exchanging the latest achievements in animal feed, feeding management and feed production. Reducing greenhouse gas emissions, using alternative protein sources in animal feeding, as well as efficient feed production and preservation are just some of the topics that farmers will be able to explore in detail as part of the exhibition’s technical program.
«The main levers for reducing emissions are efficient feed production, minimizing losses throughout the entire feeding chain, and precise ration formulation in accordance with animals’ needs. High-quality feed, professional silage and storage management, as well as regular feed analysis contribute to resource-efficient production, lower costs and reduced overall emission intensity at the farm level», the statement reads.
As part of the DLG Spotlight «Emission Reduction» at EuroTier 2026, the role of feeding in reducing emissions will be presented, along with technical solutions for pig and poultry production systems. Visitors will have the opportunity to discuss practical solutions with experts and exhibitors, combining environmental and climate protection with animal welfare and economic efficiency.
