McDonald’s Ukraine will now operate as a standalone market within the company’s global system rather than as part of a shared management structure with the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
The company announced the change in a press release.
«Today, Ukraine is one of the most dynamic markets in our system. Having a dedicated market structure will enable us to better meet our customers’ needs, support our employees, and implement our plans for further growth,» said Yuliia Badritdinova, Managing Director of McDonald’s Ukraine.
Following the reorganization, Badritdinova will continue to lead McDonald’s Ukraine. In addition, the company’s Ukrainian leadership team has been strengthened with several new appointments. Kseniia Mykhailenko has been appointed Head of Marketing, Serhii Nevmerzhytskyi will lead the People Department, Oksana Demianchuk has been appointed Head of Strategy and Transformation, Nazar Bedii will oversee Corporate Impact, and Ihor Klimov has been appointed Head of Information Technology.
Today, McDonald’s Ukraine operates 142 restaurants and employs approximately 12,000 people. Since 2022, the company has expanded its network by nearly 30%, opening 40 new restaurantswhile continuing to invest in its business, its people, and support for local communities.
