Another 3,500 Hectares of Agricultural Land Cleared of Mines at State Expense

A total of five agreements for the demining of agricultural land were completed, for which operators received UAH 251.2 million.

The average cost of land cleared in August under the programme amounted to UAH 70.5 thousand/ha.

Work is currently ongoing under 42 contracts covering agricultural plots with a total area of around 8.63 thousand hectares. A total of 105 contracts have already been completed, returning 19,966 hectares to use. The cost of the work amounted to UAH 1.217 billion.
