High-protein milk launched in Ukraine

Lustdorf has expanded its product range under the Selianske brand by introducing the first ultra-pasteurized milk with an increased protein content.
This was reported by the Union of Dairy Enterprises of Ukraine.
According to the company, the protein content in the new product is 4.5 g per 100 g of milk. Accordingly, a 1 kg package contains 45 g of protein. At the same time, the producer has reduced the fat content of the product to 0.5%.
The company emphasizes that the new product combines the familiar taste of milk with a higher protein content, which may appeal to consumers who pay attention to a balanced diet.
